Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Kindly note that delivery to
rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
All orders are shipped with GlobalPost and requires a signature upon delivery.
GlobalPost usually operates between 9am—6pm on business days. You can specify
an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work
address (recommended).
Please note that delivery time refers only to working days, excluding
weekends, national and state holidays, force majeure.
Taxes and duties
ll prices online are quoted free of any additional charges. Your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). As such, your order may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment.
All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.
Zhilyova cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes
and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.
Returns
You can return any item purchased on ZHILYOVA.COM within 14 days from the delivery date.
Please note that such product categories are not refundable, no matter what the product name itself is online:
- Tights, socks, stockings.
- Leotards/ swimwear.
- Corset goods (corsets).
- Lingerie: underwear, briefs, tops, sconces, bras, bodysuits.
Make sure the product you return is in its original condition, including original tags and packaging.
Fill out the return form and put it the box with returned product. In the case of lack of the form, processing time may be considerably delayed.
As an international customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. However, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives to us, please remember to keep a proof of dispatch.
Zhilyova reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in its original and unaltered condition.
You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase. It will be made within 5 working days counting from the date of the delivery of the item to our warehouse. Return cost is paid by client. Duties, taxes and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
